email message sent to all Thames studio students / parents 15 May 2020

Greetings and welcome back to the world post-lockdown.  Our studio will be reopening its doors this coming Monday, May 18th.  We have reorganised the studio a little, so that with the help of technology, social distancing can be more easily maintained.  Hand steriliser will be available at the front door, and as before at level 2, the keyboards / piano will be sterilised between students. We are also still offering the option of online lessons.  Some of you have already contacted us re starting again. If you have not been in touch yet, please contact us soon to let us know if you are returning this term or not. We understand that financial and other pressures created by Covid 19 could make lessons difficult at this point and we are happy to hold your scheduled time open for the remainder of this term.
Warm regards,  Sally & Dave

email message sent to all HPC students / parents 16 May 2020

With the advent of level 2 we are resuming our piano / keyboard classes at HPC. For students with Thursday lessons, the starting date will be Thursday May 28 and for Friday students, Friday May 29.  As before at level 2, keyboards will be sanitised between students and hand sanitiser provided. Please follow the recommended guidelines and do not send any students showing signs of illness.  In the interests of safety we are temporarily suspending all duo classes and taking students who were formerly in duos for short individual lessons instead. This removes the need for headphone use and allows for better social distancing. Some of you have already contacted us re starting again.
